I'd be happy with 15K with a definite plan as to how it could go up to 25K. Ricoh is 32K of which 6K are away, even without allowing for the ridiculous segregation that's straight away down to 26K home fans. You only have to provide 10% of capacity so in a 25K stadium we could have 22.5K home...

Exactly, there's plenty of grounds with little to no parking and its not an issue yet when theres even a slight possibility of a new ground for us everyone wants to find fault with every little detail they can.
