Looking on street map it looks like part of it is still in use by National Grid to park their vans. Rest of the site is overgrown and deteriorating. Doesn't look like they've actually done anything other than just use a piece of spare land so in may just be in use until something else is built...

Impossible question when you don't know location, costs, other facilities etc. Maybe they could do it for nothing, just issues bonds against the stadium.

In a word yes! We have a club losing millions and he's saying there's loads of money left over every season that the owners are taking out.

Prices aren't higher next season than they have been previously so average price is unlikely to top the previous high of £12.

This is your problem. The contract didn't say it was owed! You can't say on the face of it. There was three specific circumstances in which SISU were liable for Higgs costs. None of those situations occurred so they weren't liable.

Both would be tight but I think workable. Obviously a new stadium doesn't have to be exact replica of the Ricoh but it gives a decent idea.

Quick bit of googling. As the ground is right next to a train line thought I'd compare. Trains seem to be in the region of 83 - 97 decibels. Emirates Stadium is in the top 10 loudest in the country and is 77 decibels. Found another report that states a 40K crowd at 60 - 65 decibels.
