    So the real Poll

Technically this was done before the sale to Wasps however I would be amazed if it wasn't part of the sale process. Personally think it was just a PR move. Wasps and CCC would have been given a much harder time if they had sold the stadium while we were in Northampton.

    So the real Poll

Brilliant, so we can believe every word coming from Wasps, who repeatedly lied to their fans. How do you know what deal they want us to stay on. For all we know they want to put the rent back up to previous levels and want us to stay to cover the cost of their bond issue.

    So the real Poll

But if they can't or won't negotiate to a point anywhere near to what Anderson has asked for what is your solution? Stay at the Ricoh in L1 forever?

    So the real Poll

Is that really the case? I'm sure CCFC isn't the only business they are involved in.

Poll :Should SISU continue with litigation?

Is this as accurate a sample as all Wasps fans support the move to the Ricoh?

Poll :Should SISU continue with litigation?

So you think the better option when taking legal action is to ignore the advice of your legal team?

If I Was head of the sky blue trust

I found the reaction all round, (trust, local media, supporters etc) infuriating. I can't imagine any other fanbase doing so little. If you look at the views of supporters of other football and rugby clubs they expect our fans to be up in arms and the local population to boycott Wasps. The fact...

Poll :Should SISU continue with litigation?

You can't really answer this question without speaking to their legal team. On the face of it, from what is publicly known, they should stop straight away. But despite how it often appears they aren't totally incompetent idiots (except when running a football club!) and they must have some...

    So the real Poll

Given CCC have said there is no possibility of a new stadium within the city boundary are you happy for the club to move outside the city?

    So the real Poll

Away allocation can be as low as 10% so you'd be looking at 13,500 home in a 15K stadium. Certainly enough for us at present. If the capacity was increased to 25K the home allocation would only be 3,500 lower than the Ricoh.

    Mean while back in court

Wonder if they are actually spending much. If they have an in-house legal team or counsel on retainer it might not be costing them all that much. Personally think there's zero chance that the playing budget would increase without legal action.

European Court still if "out" vote.

Also worth noting that in cases involving UK public bodies that reach the EU 80% of rulings go against the public bodies.

European Court still if "out" vote.

I'm pretty sure thats not right otherwise there would be absolute chaos as you'd have to undo every case involving a UK citizen or organisation that had been decided in the European Court. Also worth noting that a no vote doesn't mean we are out the next day! We will remain in the EU for an...

    Mean while back in court

They can't think they're going to just pressure the council out so why keep going? Unless they think they can win it what do they stand to gain?

If I Was head of the sky blue trust

Didn't they ask for people to put themselves forward a while back as some of the current board were looking to stand down? Have a vague memory of that and nobody putting themselves forward.

    Interesting Tweets from Kieren Crowley

That's what was happening. SISU were paying their costs and Higgs were paying theirs. Then Higgs decided to take SISU to court to get them to pay Higgs costs as well.

European Court still if "out" vote.

That's the key, the law is applied as it was at the time of the 'offence' not as it is now. Of course if we had a spectacular fall out with Europe off the back of a no vote I suppose we could fail to recognise the European Court anymore but there is zero chance of that happening.
