Wasps takeover the lease for the Butts. CRFC would be screwed. When Wasps want to move there academy there's no-one there to object and a smaller ground for them to play at.

Well all the Engage and City of Rugby stuff popped up when Wasps were on the way here and he's a funder of that.

Should CRFC be concerned for the future? Millerchip appears to be siding with CCC and Wasps over CRFC, what happens if he sells the lease to someone else who doesn't want CRFC there anymore? Would it benefit Wasps if there was just them and Coventry Bears?

That may well be the case but it is very worrying that every turn made by the club is blocked. Seemingly all tracing back to CCC.

Not just Wasps money though. It's also CCC putting money into it. There's 6 figure grants going to some of these organisations who have moved from an aim of promoting sport in general to rugby and in particular Wasps. So in essence tax payers money is being used to promote Wasps.
