    Legal action

The league will be in a tough position. You have to remember here SISU and Otium are different entities from a legal perspective. What do the league do if Otium, as the football club, go to them and say Wasps refuse to even talk to them about staying at the Ricoh and a new stadium, at the Butts...

An Email to Councillor Jayne Innes & MP Geoffrey Robinson

I don't see why Wasps are held up as a shining beacon of how to run a business. Even if you discount the move they were on the brink of going bust. and they now have masses of debt.

    Legal action

And the only conclusion you can draw from that is that unless SISU drop (or don't even start in the case of JR2 if you're going to argue semantics) legal action against a third party (CCC) we will no longer be able to to play at the Ricoh. If CCFC are willing to talk to Wasps and Wasps aren't...

    Legal action

Christ, I've never known anyone be so obtuse! Lets make it easier for you. JR1 will, as far as we can tell at the moment, still be running at the point our current Ricoh lease expires. If Wasps won't talk to the football club while that action from SISU against CCC is in progress are they not...

    Legal action

What I'm on about is the fact that our current deal at the Ricoh ends before JR1 is likely to run its course, let alone JR2. If Wasps won't restart talks with CCFC while SISU are engaged with CCC in JR1 or JR2 that will impact the club severely. We will have no choice other than to leave the...

    Legal action

See the its all SISU's fault, no blame on Wasps PR is starting already just in case we do have to leave.

    Kilmarnock after Armstrong...

If they think he's too good to be loaned to a L1 side then he'll be playing for them in the championship won't he?

    Legal action

That isn't as it was in response to your post on this specific case. The original post you responded to was general. Any chance of an answer to the question of what you think will happen when the legal action is still ongoing and the current Ricoh deal ends?

    Legal action

I was making a general point not something specific to this case. But still if no talks will take place until legal action ends and that action will run longer than our current agreement what do you think will happen when we have nowhere to play?

    Legal action

So given that letting the legal action run its course will last years beyond the end of our current agreement to play at the Ricoh what do you think will happen when we have nowhere to play?

I thought all the ticket staff were losing their jobs?

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

would make good business sense, sure everyone will applaud them and support the move.

Just let it happen (Help if you can)

Is it now a fact that Wasps are going to take us over?

    Trust statement regarding the AHC

When the inevitable restructure of academy borders takes place to suit Wasps I wouldn't be in the slightest bit surprised to see those impacted take legal action. They will have invested time and money into their setup and won't be happy to let Wasps walk in and just take over.

    Trust statement regarding the AHC

You'd be looking at more than 3 or 4 a season. How many did we offer contracts this year, 6 wasn't it? So paying fees similar to Jones for 6 players is a big chunk of money to come from somewhere.

    Legal action

So no need for SISU to stop any legal action then.

Presumably then you believe SISU have a very strong case with JR2.
