TM seems to have a long term plan and be cracking on with getting things ready for next season so unless an offer he can't refuse comes in I expect him to stay.
Somehow Portsmouth managed to sign Allsop on loan from Bournemouth on Monday. They didn't announce it and he's gone straight into the team for their play off semi tonight.
I hate that. Take a quick pic fair enough but not the whole show.
Although I am a bit of a hypocrite here as I watched the whole of Guns n Roses from Las Vegas and AC/DC from Lisbon on twitter!
Is there a preferred result? Even if this was the end of it does it make much difference either way?
CCC win - SISU stay in their current holding pattern attempting to run the club at break even indefinitely hoping to somehow get a return on their investment.
SISU win - they get their return...
This is just if they are allowed to appeal isn't it? So just a simple yes or no.
If its yes then back to court with JR1, if its no SISU will start JR2.
From what others have said on here his time at Newcastle has set him up for life. Apparently he's marrying a girl from his church in Cov making it pretty likely he wants to stay in the city even if a championship club does want him.
Its beyond me why it isn't standard for player contracts to have relegation clauses. If the club goes down your salary goes down but you are free to leave.
All clubs should be doing that and remove the need for parachute payments.
Predictably there's already people having a go at Maddison about his PL move. If anything this is good news for Arma, Maddison and Murphy. Greatly increases the chance of them being in or around first team football next season.
Players never seem to do well second time round. Mowbray would also need to be sure his attitude is right. Don't want to get to Xmas with him having a good start and deciding to leave.
Whatever the result doubt it will be the end of it. Would be nice if now theres a change of leadership at CCC everyone could get round the table and sort this out but suspect we're too far down the line for that now.
