There used to be so many record stores in town. I used to get the bus in on a Saturday morning go round them all, then off to Fishy Moores. After that a walk up to HR calling in at Hits and Misses on the way.
Him starting the season at Newcastle could work in our favour. If other clubs Newcastle might put him out to get themselves sorted before he becomes available we might move up the list.
Still a long shot though.
But Wasps have 16 other sites that they have chosen to keep confidential so that nobody else can make use of them. Would you not think if there was an issue with Higgs they would make use of one of them.
Of course that might all be PR and it was going to be Higgs all along :jawdrop:
The same argument could be made then. The club would just come in and say the academy was refused a renewal to allow Wasps to move in and cite the same issues.
The situation can't be as desperate as some seem to think if Mowbray is happy not to take players like this and wait for a better option. Or maybe he already has a better option with Reid.
Not sure how its really relevant to Wasps planning application but you've got that slightly wrong:
1) It was Higgs who kicked up about the insurance. The company that was in administration and subsequently liquidated couldn't maintain an agreement for the academy to train at Higgs, how would...
Its not SISU that wrote to CSF, its CCFC. You say nobody wants to deal with SISU, I presume you mean the club, yet we have signed deals with Nike / Just Sports and Ticketmaster - was any legal action needed there?
They weren't gifted it at all. They had put millions into the project and were promised a 50% share of the freehold when CCC took over. CCC backtracked on that at the last minute and changed it to 50% of ACL. Of course ACL then had to pay over £20m to CCC for the lease.
