    Transfer Embargo from midnight

Well, I suppose as long as they get 10-15K a week then they'll be OK. Apologies to ACL.

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

Well what are they doing then if they are not going to stand by and do something. Hot air, I would imagine. Anyone who buys Coventry City, a homeless club with a small fan base and a massive rent is stupid. Business types don't tend to be stupid.

    Transfer Embargo from midnight

If that was true then why were ACL propped up by the Council? So what are the more profitable revenue streams then? Come on, don't just say something wishy-washy, tell us in black and white what ACL would do to attract something as substantial as a football club in a football stadium. And...

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

Absolute rubbish! Yes, the club are on it's knees, which is a lot better than others in the past have left it. When we left HR and messed up the Arena deal, the club was face down like a drunk in the gutter. If they were looking for a quick put then they wouldn't have spent £40M+ trying to...

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

Well, we'll have to disagree about that. SISU are funding the Club and they have for the last six years to the tune of over £40M. Not the actions of of owners who want to lose all the cash they've pumped in. FIsher was right this morning, it's about the future. It's about when FFP rules...

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

No, I'm not twisting anyones words. He said he was willing to take the risk that the club could go under. I'm not willing for that to happen. CJ and others have said exactly the same. OK to want SISU to get out of town, but where does that leave the club? Who is going to pay the players...

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

Well, I'm not willing to take the risk. I don't want to see my Club go under. Sadly, the number of supporters willing to see their club go down the tubes swells by the day.

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

Of course, I agree. However, I think his point was despite the third party debt order and the flack they get the "big bad Mayfair Hedge Fund" continues to fund the club. Evefn you should be thankful that SISU continue to pump in money? If they didn't where would it come from? Would you...

Sisu - it's always somebody elses fault

By my reckoning they have brought in 16 players this season.

Acl and the Ricoh would fail without Ccfc, thats why.

And again, someone else who can't seem to grasp where this whole sorry saga started.

    Transfer Embargo from midnight

Couldn't agree more. We are where we are not because of SISU but because of people like Richardson and McGinnity. Ably assisted by Robinson, Hover and Elliot. They should all be ashamed.

    Transfer Embargo from midnight

Stepped in and charged an unreasonably high rent. They may have stepped in with millions but they certainly took advantage to make sure they'd get plenty back. Hopefully one day PKWH will tell us who pegged the rent at that level in the first place. A question he never seems to want to answer.

    Transfer Embargo from midnight

Agree, Col. No, of course it's not ideal to have an embargo, but really the squad we have should be more than capable of getting into a play-off berth. Though obviously more fire power would have been welcome. But well, at...8pm...it doesn't look like it'll happen though we still have four...

    Transfer Embargo from midnight

Many clubs have been under an embargo during the last few seasons, so it's not just us. Though admittedly we do have more than our fair share!

Breaking news: Acl call off rent talks

Agree, MMM. And I don't think I've ever sworn at you. However, a cursory glance at SBKs posts will show that he just swears and abuses people all the time. That's not tongue-in-cheek at all.

Breaking news: Acl call off rent talks

No, don't worry. SBK likes his abuse, so I'm used to it now. It's his way of making his voice heard. He has no reason so resorts to swear words.

Breaking news: Acl call off rent talks

Looks who's talking. Some of the stuff you, CJ and Coundon have written has made me feel queasy on more than one occasion. It's like Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney all over again. Look at the Top Ten "issues" for 2013. You will notice that ACL doesn't even make it in the countdown...
