First home game of the season, looks like it'll be a nice sunny evening and people are moaning about things that were announced months ago. I wonder how much of this negativity transfers onto the more casual fans and puts them off going?

Got it when they went on sale. They were going to add them to the season ticket cards so no postage etc.

Yes I did thanks. Not all of our supporters have paid a booking fee. I certainly didn't. Pompey can't buy tickets tonight and had a minimum £1 fee if booking online or by phone or requiring the tickets to be posted to them.

Currently 7 people in the ticket office and 5 staff selling tickets.

At its £16 minimum for them as they have to pay a booking fee as well.

That's exactly what happened. ACL outsourced the parking and the company that is now running it whacked the prices up to get more cash out of the deal.

Do all these people who won't go as its not POTG refuse to go to other places or away games where you can't hand over cash when walking through the door?

Mine came last week so they had the ticket stock and everything in place. Are the people who haven't had them generally people who ordered late?

Sure loads of places overcharge and just hope you don't notice.

They'll either be waiting at the ticket office if they were never posted (how late did you book?) or if they've been lost in the post they'll issue you duplicates.

Probably the same setup as the Arma deal last season. Signed till Jan but with a view to extending it if its working for both sides.

We've had people banging on for ages about how shit our ticketing is and how brilliant Wasps' is. Now we're using the same system as Wasps its suddenly gone from being brilliant to total rubbish!
