    Transfer Rumour #CARLBAKERDAY

Wouldn't be unhappy if he came back but wouldn't be upset if he didn't either.

Did you miss all the threads where the value of the club, the value of the assets Hoffman has bid for, and the offer it would take to get SISU to accept? There's been plenty of discussion on it. Not sure why you struggle so much with where Wasps traditional home is. From 1867 - 1923 they played...

    Explosions at Manchester Arena

And that's the problem. Seems to be a lot of people today saying we should bomb them off the planet. How do you do that when its individuals all over the place?

The only country where using a VPN is illegal is China. At worst you would be breaching the terms and conditions and have your account cancelled.

    General Election

Was a mistake putting May out to justify the U-turn. The press conference was unbelievable, her just stood there shaking her head as the press asked basically the same question over and over. Made it pretty obvious why they've been keeping her away from anyone who might ask a non pre-approved...

    Explosions at Manchester Arena

Very sad. Thoughts with all those affected. Sounds like a suicide bomber who walked in when they opened the doors for everyone to leave. Not sure how you stop this kind of thing. Its not big 9/11 style attacks being planned and coordinated. Its individuals. You can buy the materials anywhere...

Any news on the Academy ?

They're advertising a job at the academy on the club site. Basically driving people around, sorting kit out etc. Doesn't say where you'd be based but its at least an indication there will be an academy. As Wasps seem to be getting nowhere fast with their plans I suspect another season at Higgs...

Website is a lot better, much cleaner design. Just need the club to get it up to date and then keep it up to date.

    Recruitment

its certainly different to what we're used to. These days a lot of it is done online, there's a couple of systems you can subscribe to and the players / agents post up all their details, videos etc so you could get something up and running very quickly. Add in someone who knows L1 / L2 / non...

In American sports, which are franchised based, they look at a minimum of 25 years as the embedding period as it takes that long to bring through the first generation of fans who have grown up with the club. Look how much rugby has changed in the last 25 years. Things could very easily be very...

    Portsmouth- what on earth

That's the worry. They have no fan representation on the board now. There's a legacy board but that has very little, if any power. They have to approve moving from Fratton or changing from playing in blue. They also wanted a veto over changing the club crest but the new owner wouldn't have that.

    4th signing - Monday - Liam Kelly

Obviously you shouldn't be pushing over ball boys but having more physical presence will do us good. Hopefully will give the likes of Stevenson and Thomas the space to play without being constantly kicked and fouled.

    Portsmouth- what on earth

The Pompey chap said that at the trust meeting. Said exactly the same as Fisher has been saying that in L2 / L1 running at break even can work for a club of the size of Pompey or us but move up to the Championship and you're struggling to compete.

    General Election

Independent ranks 8th in online news sources in the UK. Problem is number 1 is the BBC with a 35% of all page views from the entire top 100 combined. The drop off after the top 5 is huge: https://www.similarweb.com/blog/uk-media-publications-ranking-february-2017
