    Time for a trust statement

The plans were before it all became online but there's scans of all the paperwork including the plans: http://planning.coventry.gov.uk/portal/servlets/ApplicationSearchServlet?PKID=3288

    EURO 2016

They've been saying on TV teams could potentially even go through with 3 draws so its certainly not must win. Would be nice to win and not relying on the last game though.

Select 11 against Rugby Town - July 19

Probably, maybe a couple of trialists in there. Is it at Rugby? According to their website they only have 6 players, all outfield. They do have Kevin Thornton though. Has to be one of the biggest disappointments in recent years.

    Euro Hooligans

The thing that doesn't seem to be getting a mention in the media is that the potential for trouble given the way they were scheduling and the venues they were placing certain teams into was flagged up a long time ago and ignored. I don't see how they can then turn round and give the FA a warning!

There's a video going around on twitter which is claimed to be the Russian Sports Minister applauding and encouraging the Russian fans after the game. If its genuine then he wants sacking as well. He also claimed after the game that there hadn't been any trouble!

We’ve made him the best offer we can - For John Fleck

He's on decent wages there isn't he? Would they have to give him a pay off to release him or could both sides just agree to walk away? Can't imagine they'd get many offers for him so they might just be trying it on. Leave it a month and see what they say then.

You can't have it both ways. Either its all about the money and the sponsor doesn't reflect on the organisation they are sponsoring or it isn't. If it isn't then its subjective as to what is suitable. You can't therefore assert as fact that there isn't an issue with Wasps sponsorship when...

We’ve made him the best offer we can - For John Fleck

I'd be up for giving him a chance to get his career back on track but there's enough risk there for it not to be a fee. Unless we can do something like he plays a certain number of games before a fee is due.

    Orlando Shootings

Seems like another person with mental health problems, for whom care in America is very poor, known to the FBI, but not particularly for being a potential terrorist, was allowed to go and buy guns. There's been more mass shootings in a week in America than there has been in 50 years in the UK...

Bloody England fans travelling all that way and dressing up as German supporters to cause more trouble :blackeye: This is France when they are supposed to be on high alert and ready for anything.

    Simon Gilbert Announcement

I hope it's good news! Not sure what it could be that would be fed to the CT, who the club don't seem to favour, and days before its actually announced.

Suspect that will be SISU's stance in JR2. That by extending the lease to 250 years they have effectively disposed of the freehold which would mean that there are rules and regulations that should have been followed.

Not quite the same thing though is it. When Swallow moved to Coventry the company had only been in existence for 6 years. They moved here in 1928 and didn't become Jaguar until 1945. Very different to a rugby club moving after nearly 150 years in London. It will be generational. Similar to...

This has to be a factor. How many games / tournaments have England been to with little or no trouble?

    Time for a trust statement

I didn't think there was room for additional pitches at Higgs but having a dig around I found a planning application from before the centre was there. It was actually made by the football club to have all their training facilities (i.e.: getting rid of Ryton) located there and included 9 outdoor...

    Time for a trust statement

What we need is the trust, or the local media for that matter, to speak with both Wasps and CSF and find out exactly what facilities and on what terms (i.e.: primacy, number of hours etc) are available to CCFC. Then that can be compared against the regulations, with clarification sought from...
