That's what we've always heard. That planning is dependent on the rules and the council have no influence. At least that's what we get told when there is any suggestion the council could make the process difficult for CCFC.

It does but if that is the case why be so secretive about it and why did CSF suddenly stop talking to the club right before Wasps application was fired in. Wasps even stated in the Telegraph that they didn't think it would be possible for the two to co-exist.

Well the key is that the question has been answered. Now we've had a positive answer that the academy can stay at Higgs then we need Anderson to get cracking sorting a long term deal and Wasps / CSF to publicly confirm what the trust have been told is correct.
