This is it. A goalkeeper can't. As it inevitably costs you a goal.

Agree. He hasn't really had a save to make last couple of games. Can't think of one. But he got away with a pretty routine claim today. Linesman spared his blushes. He hasn't done too much wrong. But would understand taking him out of firing line at the moment. His kicking and distribution...

How long can we keep Hamer?

By the end of the season he will be the one of the most wanted players in championship. If he scored that wonder goal today. He won't be here next season even if we stay up. The great thing about him is that he seems to have have adapted to English lifestyle, seems to be enjoying his football...

Yup I agree he achieved more in great team. At the moment does seem embarrassing, I'm allowed an opinion to say I think Hamer is a better player certainly in terms for an eye for goal at the same age. My opinion.

Hyam vs Gillingham. Direct from Westbrook corner.

Great comparison though. Wise was good at 23 at Wimbledon, but not as good as Hamer is at same age. Don’t think Wise would have tried that shot from halfway line or scored as many from outside the box.

    Baka

Bit harsh some of the comments on here. He did a job. Wasn’t awful at all. Fact is Godden and Biamou were injured. He did ok, let’s not crucify him.

Good chance he could be recalled with Kelly injured, the extent of the injury unknown yet. Brilliant move for him to get some games (come on as sub today)... Earlier in season Shipley when Kelly was injured and Hamer suspended Shipley filled in.

Who are we to doubt Robins, he’s done incredible job. We are all very happy with the results. This turn around was hardly unexpected, just before the turnaround we actually played well at At Forest and at Watford just naive defending, and the oppo just nicked the game when it was in the balance...

Lol, yes it was class but should have been forward not back. He’s not awful by any means he’s frustrating as you think you should be getting more from such a specimen.

MAcCallum is only option at left wing back. Shudder to think how Giles would have dealt with long balls. He did a lot of good stuff too which wasn’t as readily noticed. But wasn’t his best game going forward. Defensively was decent.

And importantly Biamou had knee injury, explains why Baka come on Kelly. Explains a lot, no point risking anyone.

He’s faking it. Wants time off for Christmas.

No chance we can keep him on current contract. He will and should be offered a new improved 5year contract
