The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yeah, or they would be going 'Corbyn slams door on May? I thought we were leaving on the 29th March?'

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I can only imagine a Daily Mail story like this in children's storybook style. 'Dainty, sweet little Theresa of whitest teeth and purest heart , was playing softly in the meadow, when suddenly the hideous, ugly Corbyn appeared, breathing fire and dribbling snot. Pretty little, slim and...

I know there is bias with the newspapers, but dear me. You have to laugh. Corbyn slams door on Theresa. Surname, first name.

    Dirty Leeds!

They are relatively easy to spot anyway aren't they.T I would expect to see someone looking like this, carrying a pencil and notepad.

I don't know the stats of the split, but how many of the Tory government are for Brexit and how many are remain? You know?

You think so? I am not at all sure. May has totally ballsed this up.

I agree. I don't really trust any of them at the moment and Labour need to make their position crystal clear. I understand it is tough for Corbyn in his not wanting to piss off many of his own party and Labour voters, but they need to come out with a definitive standpoint. A lot of business...

    VAR tonight

I have no problem with VAR as I have said many times. But it has to be used correctly. If that was a crystal clear offside last night, then fine , but it wasn't. Not by a long chalk.

    Ignorant moron...

Obviously that was initially, but as this article says, a majority of business leaders backed May's deal, not all, so I was correct. Some business were against it. More than 170 business leaders join call for second Brexit referendum

Exactly. How has she been acting in the national interest when she has been pushing a deal that no-one wants. Not even people in her own party. She's allowed red lines and everyone else isn't?

Most didn't want Brexit at all.

Maybe she might throw the DUP another billion.

    Ignorant moron...

I just wonder how many posters on here, upon seeing the thread title when it was first created, wondered if it might have been about them.

    VAR tonight

Ridiculous use of VAR tonight. Offside by a coat of paint at best. As Shearer said on the Beeb. That's not what it's supposed to be there for.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I'm sure Laura Kuenssberg on the Beeb site was saying she will be under increasing pressure and her tenure is not certain.

    Ignorant moron...

But it is not just MP's. It is financial experts, business leaders, car manufacturers etc. etc. So many have come out and said it is a bad deal and that also seems to be the consensus on here doesn't it? I know a lot of the people want the deal, but I think a lot are just of the ilk 'leave...

Well that's what I thought, so don't get why Grendel says she has to stay on.

What happens if she stands down then? Can she not just be replaced? I know she now can't be ousted, but what happens if she just quits?
