The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Cost of tea is going up, serious shit now. Apple and Microsoft both adjusting their prices to offset the drop in the pound. That must have an impact on business.

    Hillary / US Election Thread

Timing of this from the FBI is a bit suspect isn't it? Investigating a completely unrelated case and now have released a vague statement to congress.

That's pretty much it from what I can find. If you're likely to hit problems with getting permission for the height of stands you can dig down and start lower.

The Walking Dead - Season 7

Someone with a lot of patience has recreated it in Lego.

    Phone In

I've been wondering that but thought I was being stupid as nobody seemed to question it! Tried google and all I got was a piece about West Ham not being able to sink their pitch as there's radioactive waste under the olympic stadium!

Is the £2m you're referring to there the £1.8m direct payment from CCFC to ACL? That's an additional amount not a total isn't it? Its just taking one line from the completion report and ignoring everything else.

Which bit? Most of it is in the clubs accounts or the SBT website. The company Richardson engaged for the project purchased the land of British Gas, Richardson negotiated the deal with Tesco but the company sold the land to CCC, I think for £20m, and they flipped it to Tesco for £60m. When ACL...

    Coventry Cathedral to help Mediate?

Think you're overcomplicating it OSB. At the moment we are at an impasse with Wasps refusing to talk to CCFC. If Collins, or anyone else, can kick talks back into action then we will be better off than we are now. You can call it mediation or whatever you like but as a start all that really...

The amount put in by the club was netted off to the figure Higgs paid however Higgs didn't pay all in cash. Money spent in some of the early stages, when Richardson was trying to get the project off the ground, never seemed to get counted. I guess an arbitrary day one was picked and costs...

I buy it, to a certain extent, being an excuse when its just Fisher but why would Jon Sharp not say it was rubbish? Why don't CCC come out and say we support it 100% and will do everything we can to help? Why don't the CT and SBT get right behind it as well. Said it before, call Fishers bluff...

As it's Halloween coming up. What's the scariest scene from a film or tv series ?

GhostWatch scared the crap out of me when that was shown, I was in halls at uni so would have been 92.

    Chocolate Teapot?

There's plenty of questions and doubts about what Wasps have done, just because they have actually done something doesn't mean they should get a free pass. The no negative impact to CCFC that Grendel points out should be getting massively pushed at Wasps and CCC by the CT. Off the top of my...

Originally the club was supposed to get 50% of the freehold however CCC went back on that and instead the club got 50% of ACL but ACL had to pay £21m to CCC for the lease and CCFC had to pay £1.2m a year in rent.

Maton is hardly in a position to be lecturing anyone on anything. The guy is clueless and blocks anyone who dares ask him a question.
