    Mowbray and the Acadamy

Because they've all got it wrong and Fisher's got it right :D

    Future of this Football club.

Not really. There's a 25m pool being built in the city centre so this pool, given its location is being built for elite swimmers. The same people the council dismissed when they wanted to close Fairfax Street, the same people the council stated it wasn't there responsibility to provide for as it...

    Never in doubt

Well the plans for the swimming pool include rugby facilities so three guess who the pool is for the benefit of - you'll probably only need one.

    Never in doubt

What do they class as elite? British Swimming has 32 elite swimmers in the whole of Britain.

    Never in doubt

This came up on an older thread. Think the council have pulled a bit of a fast one here. They announced they were closing the 50m pool in town (it turned out the council actually hadn't bothered to read the commissioned report into if it should stay open) and then when there was a predictable...

    Saturday's game - biggest ever.

To be honest I quite like the idea of a shirt every season with the fixtures on it but it probably wasn't the best timing.

Did anyone buy a League 1 tour shirt?

    Saturday's game - biggest ever.

Yes we need a win to get our season on track but its ridiculous to say our season, if not the club itself, are done for if we don't. While I don't think promotion is on the cards at the moment teams have been bottom of the league far later in the season than this and been promoted so writing us...

    RIP Labour

Would they be able to do that? If Corbyn is elected by the party members and they don't want to serve under his leadership they'd have to resign from the party wouldn't they? How would they be able to remain the Labour party?

What happened to Wasps developing land by the pumping station?

There was no need to we had the Higgs. If Fisher had announced he was looking to undertake a similar project at Higgs, paid for by others if we're following Wasps plan, people would think he had lost it to a greater extent than ever before. Simple fact of the matter is we have (had) an...

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

If closing the academy was a valid business & football decision why would the club be going to all this trouble to make it look like they're being forced out. Its not like they've ever been bothered what the fans think of their actions. Also if we're looking at cost against benefit at the...

    Cov Tel, what the hell

Nobody said they were. Think back to when we were in Northampton, the CT did absolutely nothing for 12 months and then after a couple of weeks campaigning we suddenly came back, if you were suspicious you would think it was all planned. Anyway thats not the point the point is the CT and in...

    Tony Mowbray

It seems to be popular now that the coach or manager instructs someone further down the chain who does the yelling at the players and actually sorting things out. A total guess but maybe thats so the manager can concentrate on what's happening on the pitch.

Squad compared to 12 months ago

For those who think the squad is weaker than last year do you think we have the second worst squad in the league? If not then shouldn't we be higher than where we are?

    Fears and Phobias ?

I'm not a fan of staircases that have the gaps in them. This kind of thing. Not sure why just freaks me out. Got caught in a massive thunderstorm when I was about 10 and I wasn't too keen on them for many years but doesn't bother me now.

    Fears and Phobias ?

There is a theory that the level of fear you experience increases as you get older. The theory goes that its because you reach an age where people are more likely to be dependent on you and therefore doing yourself a serious injury has more consequences.
