Its very simple. The ticket prices were cut but the attendances didn't rise enough result in less revenue taken. Therefore the club put the prices back up. If more people had turned up when they were lower they would have stayed low.

Expect huge traffic jams and massive queues at the turnstiles with the £10 ticket offer.

I remember the police coming in to my school to do the 'drugs are bad' talk. They got asked about drinking and basically said they couldn't care less about under age drinkers in pubs as long as they weren't causing trouble. That would never be said now.

At least people won't get us mixed up with the other Europeans now. They might mistake us for Argentinian, Haitian, Iraqi, Somali, Sudanese or one of the other countries we now share a passport colour with!

Fair enough. Can't say that has ever registered as an issue in the slightest for me. I'd struggle to tell you anything that was printed on my passport. I do like the idea of getting your passport stamped when we go to a European country in the future but that's just because I like having stamps...

In what way? Does it make any difference to how you travel? I can't see any actual benefit to changing the colour of our passports.

We can all stop worrying now that we've got the return of the blue passport.
