Drums and whistles foe sheff utd

The thing about the vuvuzelas though is that they were incessant in South Africa as they were in the stadium and picked up by the mics. A relatively minor disturbance outside the ground could fairly easily be toned down by Sky's sound bods. To guarantee a nuisance it'd really need to be done inside.

Drums and whistles foe sheff utd

I don't really get this part: Won't it be obvious what the noise is when the hill overlooks the entire ground?

Oh right, I was thinking it'd say 'match played in temporary groundshare location' or something.

I've recently started playing squash. It's a bit frantic but a lot of fun with it.

'Jimmy's Hill' protests having the desired effect!

Feel free. Most people weren't dead against it so much as ambivalent, and certainly not any vast majority of naysayers hurling criticism your way.

'Jimmy's Hill' protests having the desired effect!

That thread contains plenty of posts mocking it, but a lot of that is repetition from a small number of people. The idea that most people were slagging off anyone going is a vast exaggeration. A lot more people who weren't convinced were either saying 'not for me' or suggesting alternatives...

I suspect he said the crowds will rush back for the sake of posturing rather than actually believing or predicting it. It made for a nice soundbite that could be quoted.

Doesn't count for me, it's not a proper home game. In years to come that stat will have a little asterisk and explanation next to it.

That's not even close to true, is it?

Even if we continue and remain delightfully consistent, there's a drubbing in there somewhere. No team escapes the odd reality check.

    Shitsu or Shitzu

There's a very real possibility nobody's actually ever actually used 'shitscum' and I amalgamated it from various angry synonyms, as the only reference I can find is me using it in sarky caps. If that is the case, I'm now copyright owner by default so don't go making no t-shirts without my...

Would this be the first season ever...

We seem to be getting around 1500 home fans in Northampton, so I'd imagine the main issue is how many League One stadiums have the capacity for that many away fans.

'Jimmy's Hill' protests having the desired effect!

I didn't realise the hill loomed so large over the ground like that. Do any Northampton fans actually pay to watch their games or just fill the hill?
