He just doesn’t have the same impact on the team. Hamer would drag us through matches on his own. Torp is a decent player with good technique but he’s not close to Hamer. The fact he scores goals in a free scoring side and Hamer doesn’t in a relegation side is the dumbest argument.

Also are we really saying Torp and Hamer would have scored what they have if their teams were reversed? Torp is yet to run a game. It’s as simple as that. Until he has then he’s not in Hamer league.

I think realistically Grimes is likely to play every game. Torp and Rudoni aren’t. Same for Saka and EMC. KKH can cover both sides if needed. So you need bare minimum a KKH for the wings and a forward minded CM IMO.

Think I’d go 532 here which seems insane given the form of EMC and Saka. Just think away from home, no Rudi or Wright you probably want BTA and Simms up top and a three man midfield which means three at the back. Woolf or Lats depending on who is fit. Would be tempted to rest Dasilva and play...
