    Trialist

Does this work the other way round. Can we get Messi in on trial to pick us up a few points?

    January Fire Sales

You've given a figure of £10m. Ryton is worth around £2 if the Rugby local plan, which is still in consultation, allows the land to be used for housing. That's months if not years away. So which players are we selling for £8m in up front fees?

    January Fire Sales

Is this the new, if we go into admin SISU will leave. How are they going to pocket the money from transfer fees when they are paid in instalments?

    January Fire Sales

So you're saying that players who are under contract are being forced to sign for other clubs against their will?

Why do fans think CCFC should not be profitable?

Isn't there a club, Chelsea spring to mind but might be, where the trust were given ownership of the pitch but the club, or whatever prop co they have, own the rest of the ground?

    Holding Wasps to Account

But that's the problem. SISU use those tactics and people go mad branding them a disgrace. Wasps do the same and its hailed as good business.

Bet they aren't now, pitch is not in a good state at all.

    Protest groups who's who

I think part of the problem is members, and the public in general, have no clue what that plan is and therefore can't asses its viability. Hence when you have a situation like the one recently where the trust approach the club its hard for anyone to think this is a serious bid. Totally agree...

Careful or you'll be getting a PM about his family of lawyers (allegedly).

    Holding Wasps to Account

But we're told they made assurances that their arrival wouldn't have a negative impact on us so surely there is an obligation on their part. And even if you don't believe they should be prepared to talk to the club there's still things that a local paper should be following up on. They get off...

    Protest groups who's who

Guess it depends what you class as working. They still have the same owners they are trying to get rid of several years down the line. But then you have them claiming no knowledge of the whistles or pitch invasion at the Sheff Utd game. Seems pointless having a group to bring everyone under one...

    Ben Stevenson - Brentford

So Wilson who made 55 appearances before leaving and Christie who made 119. Just adds to the argument that they are better off staying and getting games under their belt. Edit: same again isn't it. The players who have gone n and made a career at Championship / PL level playing a decent amount...

    Ben Stevenson - Brentford

How many of our academy graduates who have left have 'made it'? Struggling to think of anyone apart from Wilson.

    Idiots with the whistles

Well hooligans are often referred to as a hooligan element. Wouldn't say that was a positive.

    Protest groups who's who

I can't be the only one that is getting these mixed up. We've got the Trust, formerly led by Steve who stepped down to run Fighting the Jimmy Hill Way and are now led by Moz. I thought the point of splitting off JHW was so the trust were arms length from protests but they still appear to be...
