Sometimes it is. Sometimes it isn't. There are plenty of threads and posts trying to score points from either viewpoint. For every "ACL couldn't do without us" post/thread there'll be one saying "ACL could do without us". To be honest, it's got to the point where I don't care either way...

If I had a £1 for every time you've mentioned "70 million of debt" then I'd buy the City myself! I love threads started where forum members are asked to explain themselves. They're my favourite.
