    Wave of optimism

That's the thing isn't it. As long as SISU have been talking about ground ownership we've been told CCFC is nothing to ACL, a small % of income and they could do fine without us. So we left and they kept insisting that ACL was still fine. Then they sold ACL at a knockdown price still claiming it...

    Police investigation

There will be a fine, possibly a suspended points deduction to try and prevent repeats. The police will no doubt go after at least a handful to 'make an example', they'll probably go after people from the naughty corner they already know but haven't been able to pin anything on in the past.

How to get away with murder

I like Designated Survivor. Just go with it and don't think too much about the plot holes!

At what point can we move to the Butts in its current state, conference?

But you still need to have the cash. Lets say your income is £10m, so your player budget can be £6m. Your non-player costs are £7.5m. What happens if you spend £6m on players? You've spent £13.5m against an income of £10m.

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

They may well be, if they are that would be a big help to anything that targets them. You would assume if SISU are struggling it means their funds are struggling but that is really the key. Lets face it the type of people that would be reading this wouldn't give a shit about the demise of a...

It still has to show in the accounts paid or not. They can but if you can't spend it twice. Prior to Maddison being sold a loan was taken out to cover cash flow issues, the sale of Maddison allowed the loan to be repaid. There's different sets of figures, doesn't mean he's lying. You've got...

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

It would certainly be the most effective way to get at SISU. But how do they perform overall. If the funds are providing growth overall how concerned would the investors be about the individual components of the fund?

    Fan Unity

There were people calling / texting CWR after the match saying similar so if they contacted Fisher directly or not is a bit of a moot point.

But why would SISU pay him so much? Look at salaries for chairman of far bigger organisations, people that are working full time and in very high profile roles. They are a fraction of what it is being claimed Fisher is paid to run a business that has for years been running at a loss.

It was Waggot that messed it up wasn't it? Problem is we don't know how far out it was. What was the average paid per person last season? You'd need that figure and then multiply it by the difference between the earlier and later break even figures and then multiply the result of that by the...

    Tim Fisher

With the club operating on a shoestring budget who is paying Fisher £600K a year? As much as you need someone in that position and those people tend to cost a fair bit more than anyone would think they are worth what value is there in paying him that?

    Fisher is the problem

That's the problem isn't it. Someone else has to come in and operate under the same restrictions. Look who else we've had. Are Orange Ken, Labovich or Anderson a better option?
  16. chiefdave

    How does this end?

Pretty clear how it ends. The club will continue to drop until we reach a level where the income is sufficient to support the level we have reached. Realistically, if nothing changes with regards to stadium ownership and / or revenue access, that could very well mean dropping out of the league.

To be accurate they would need to get a £ figure per game not an attendance. The problem last season appears to be that substantial discounts on ST and match packages caused a bigger drop than expected in the average ticket price. When that happens you need more people at the lower average to...

    This club is dead

Its hardly unthinkable that the Chairman of a football club would attend a court hearing involving the clubs owners regarding the stadium the club plays at.

    Wave of optimism

But you can't do both. Lets say SISU, or any new owner for that matter, suddenly decide to 'invest' £5m to get us promoted. How do they get a return on that? Either we don't get promotion and that moneys basically lost or we do get promotion and even more is needed the following season as you're...
