So many films though are the big wide expanse. My phone probably is better than my TV, but I would never use it. Could you imagine Close Encounters, or Jaws, or Gravity, or King Kong, or The Revenant etc. or a mobile phone? For so many films the visuals are so important and that's what sets...

I liked it quite a lot, but was slightly disappointed it wasn't as good as I was led to believe it was going to be. Maybe my expectation was too high. Very good performances, but it fell a little short for me. I do find that with so many Oscar winning films though over the years.
