Available for a pound? But there's a catch...

They've assumed the debts, so they're owed that at the very least. It's akin to transferring a credit card balance.

Training ground now has 1M Mortgage

They did invest in the improvements to Ryton, it's since then they've had to then mortgage it to keep the club afloat.

    Big news ??

If it was the manager, it'd have to be a big name in order to be the biggest thing since we moved.

    Big news ??

They wouldn't build up bad news in such a way, I'd have thought.

Lets move away from depressing chat. New Kit?

We can say for certain that we're not changing from the Sky Blues to the Electric Pinks. Who did I lose that bet to?

    Big news ??

I remember when the Guardian were talking about a HUGE STORY breaking at 5pm, and it turned out to be that Inter were planning to bid for Gareth Bale. I'm expecting very little. Please prove me wrong CET.

Its official: Ranson has gone; Statement to follow at 2pm today

I'm just happy I shelved my original plans to get up at midnight and hit f5 on the official page until it appeared.

Its official: Ranson has gone; Statement to follow at 2pm today

This isn't the statement, clearly. We've got about 5 more pre-ambles before the REAL statement, which is exactly which shade of blue Puma are using.

Jordan Clarke bickers with Twitter followers.

He'd be better off not responding as such in future, but 'wise up Jordan' is about as much backlash as he should officially get as far as I'm concerned.

Its official: Ranson has gone; Statement to follow at 2pm today

It doesn't seem to mention Ranson's new role only being until the end of the season like the initial reports suggested, is that still the case?

Jordan Clarke bickers with Twitter followers.

He probably should have been a bit more careful, but it's important to remember he was responding to provocation. Bear in mind he's still only 19 and most likely trying to enjoy his time away from what must be a very frustrating time at the club. I'd hate to think that anyone abusing someone on...

    Protest Adding To City's Costs

So a protest that's in part caused by a lack of money is going to cost the club more money.

Jordan Clarke bickers with Twitter followers.

You can have a go at players in a football environment, I'm completely with you on that - but outside of that I don't agree at all. As he says, it's the equivalent of walking up to him in the street and lecturing him about his job, which isn't fair.

Jordan Clarke bickers with Twitter followers.

He does that by playing football. He shouldn't be a hapless punchbag to all kinds of abuse outside this. What if he was walking down the street, is it ok to hurl abuse at him there too?

    Statement Tomorrow

A number of sites (Sky, TeamTalk, Football365) have just come out with stories lead with 'Coventry City have confirmed Ray Ranson has resigned as the club's chairman' Shouldn't the official site be the first place for anything to be confirmed?

Jordan Clarke bickers with Twitter followers.

I didn't go to Preston, no. If Clarke and others mouthed off at the fans then that's foolish of him. HOWEVER, this has no bearing on him commenting on a day off he had a week later. It doesn't matter how 'proper fans' (nice attempt at a dig there) feel, he shouldn't have to answer to us 24...

    Stop the bickering...

I was never keen on the protest, I'm sure SISU are well aware that people aren't happy with the current situation at the club (something that would be obvious to anyone who can dress themselves to be honest) but I don't see how the protest would go. SISU out, but then what? Far better to rally...

    Another Pre-statement statement.

After all these preludes, the eventual statement will just read 'wait, what were we talking about again?'

Jordan Clarke bickers with Twitter followers.

So what? Is he supposed to traipse around in a constant pit of despair just to keep up appearances? He's enjoyed a day off, there's no reason whatsoever to start harassing him. Why should it be 'regardless of what was said to him' when it was in direct reply to someone saying he and his...
