Not saying we were. It is something that can be ironed out in training all this. Just how many one on one (or clear run through on goal) has Thomas had tthis season? How many times have we screamed for players to square it when players have been in much, much better positions to score. Looks...

Not talking about last night though, Nick. Talking about the reaction following the winning of a few games and then the losing of a few games.

Yep, exactly. There was talk of not only playoffs, but automatic promotion too. Some get carried away far too easily. We weren't world beaters then and we're not relegation material now. Think we are okay side at the moment with some frailties.

Because it's such fine margins at times isn't it. Didn't see the game, but from what people have said we could have been at least two goals to the good at the break. That happens and we probably go and win the game. We of course didn't and ended up losing badly. Doesn't suddenly make us a...

And another worry on top of that is of Jones being out long term and Thomas returning to Derby in January.

Unlike many of his fellow defensive crew, who have been PANTS.

Is it possible we could play Bayliss wide and Ogogo and Kelly in the middle? Would that work I wonder. Brave decisions to be made on Doyle, who seems for now to be undroppable.

Why would we say that to an absolute legend? And besides he's now 44 and probably is indeed a bit shit these days if truth be known.

Don't know how you people do it. Fair play to you for such dedication. It's bad enough for me travelling 8 mins home after a home defeat and my season ticket already paid for. No way I could ever come to grips with a £100 bill, a 4-6 hour round trip and a feeble defeat to top it off. Think I...

Or trust him. I find JCH incredibly frustrating. He seems to have all the correct attributes, but hardly ever shows it.

Didn't watch tonight's game, but Thomas has had a number of one on ones hasn't he? Thomas has missed so many great chances.

It should. Non of them have proved to be of anything like their supposed worth so far. If they are work in progress, then fine, but three of them all at the same time?

Totally agree. It's all a bit silly. Thomas has been incredibly wasteful with som absolutely fantastic chances this season. JCH has been wasteful and Hiwula, especially wasteful too. It's a shared problem and we can't just point the finger at Conor Chaplin.

Never laughed at anyone, but you and I both know some posters dismissed players after just 2 or 3 games. Are you now telling me they were fantastic judges of character? You simply cannot judge a player just on a couple of appearances and declare them to be crap full stop.
