City To Announce their First New Signing - Mathieu Manset

Hopefully the signing is a contract to play at the Ricoh. I'd rather it be that than ten new players.

Ricoh Arena 'very profitable' even without Sky Blues

Yes, I get that Ernie, but many seem to back ACL over the "footballing entity". Don't get it.

Ricoh Arena 'very profitable' even without Sky Blues

There's been rumblings from a few local businesses just lately too stating how much they'll lose. Doubling galling after NTFC said the groundshare would be "great" for businesses in NTFC and now Lucas saying the Ricoh will be profitable. Good for them what about all the local businesses in the...

Ricoh Arena 'very profitable' even without Sky Blues

Still can't fathom why so many people desperately back the Council rather than their Club, but there you go.

Ricoh Arena 'very profitable' even without Sky Blues

I don't want to believe they are in financial trouble, I just think they will be without Coventry City playing there every couple of weeks bringing in what 300K people through the doors. And yes, I believe SISU - or whoever happens to own the club - should be given a slice of the Ricoh. That is...

Ricoh Arena 'very profitable' even without Sky Blues

OK then. Have it your way. If they were so profitable why did they need a family member, i.e. the council to pay off their mortgage and reduce their outgoings?

Gordon Milne for me as he was manager when I first started going regularly. Fond memories.

Good idea, Block. Show they are willing to do anything to get their Club back. SISU should be trying their hardest to make amends and return to the City.

    Sky Blues In The Community

In these dark, dark days for our Club there aren't many shining lights. However one is; Sky Blues In The Community. My son was one of a dozen or so that finished doing their three day SBITC football course at St Nicks in Warwick today. He loved it. At the end they got a medal with the CCFC...

So profitable that they needed a £14M bailout? Yeah right. I think someone is whistling in the dark.

Anyone hear Ann Lucas's interview on Cwr ???

She's very contradictory. If the Ricoh can survive without the Club then why did CCC need to bail them out to the tune of £14M. It doesn't make sense. Posturing on both sides just frustrates fans all the more.
