    How many replacements?

Also SISU did promise last season that the wages freed up by Westwood, King, Turner, Gunnar, McIndoe and Carsley were available to be used on free transfers. We believed them especially when contracts had been offered to 4 of the above so why wouldn't we. Those contracts meant the money was...

    How many replacements?

Any idea how many season long loans we could bring in? Bell is a strange one for me I think he has natural talent. However with his injury record last season I don't think any other championship club would take the chance now. Just hope he has an injury free season and proves us all wrong. I...

    How many replacements?

I have put a similar post to this in a reply in another post, but I think it merits its own post. Personally my gut feeling is we will lose Murphy, Keogh, Cranie, Clingan, Norwood Nimley. IMO and I know some people will debate the Clingan bit, but I think they are 6 of our first picks from...

    What team will be left?

The key to this is most of us seem to think with the players leaving. Thorn will need to be allowed to sign 5 to 6 replacements. These replacements will need to be if similar quality. I just hope if it happens it is not the kids again. Even if it just season long loans and free transfers. Please...

Well said that man. Obvious glaring facts that are staring some people in the face. However for some reason they can't seem to admit it :)

    Sell the Windmill

I think Murphy will go. I agree with Duffy he is a good keeper and part of our strong defence. Unfortunately Murphy keogh cranie will go from that defence. Just hope wood and mcpake stay and stay fit and that Dunn is ready to make the step up.

thorn. its time you left now. please

Loads of players have left nobody has come out and said Coventry are in trouble because AT is tactically nieve. It happens all the time when players leave clubs if they dont rate what the manager was doing they are hardly discreet

So basically Coleman had no chants as Mcallister was not sacked. Adams, Strach and Reid had "out" chants. I think it is pretty common if the majority of fans want a manager gone

    While we all agree

I think if new owners came in and proved themselves to have the clubs best interests at heart they would not veto half the ground going to allow sustainability. Any new owners worth their grain would demand this in any contract

http://wdsa.com.au/?p=2918 Interesting reading, there is something about a poll in which a majority want Thorn sacked!

    England approach Roy Hodgson

Not that I am a massive Hodgson fan. However I am not a massive Kenny fan. Looking at the win % there Kenny has 6% better win %. What was the transfer spend difference for Hodgson and Kenny?

You have never heard of a player who leaves a club criticising the manager from the previous club if he was doing a bad job?

My point is people are suggesting that the majority want Thorn to go. When that is the case you hear chants and see it on the news and hear it on the radio. Look at Villa with Mcleish. We got relegated and were hardly out of the bottom three this season. Yet I have never heard a Thorn out chant...

    In Today's Football League Paper

"And this year, SISU finally gave up. We've had to rebuild with youth players, not even players from League Two or the Conference" Where is the money coming from now to mean that we can buy these players what has changed, I think we now have less money? I agree with you on that one though re...

more importantly can anyone think of where we would get the money to pay for them. The article clearly says we can't get conference players we have to have youth players. We are in for a hard battle again. That's if we are still in existence

The fact that any experts discussing the matter on television or radio have never said Coventry need to sack Andy Thorn and instead have blamed the owners or the financial light of the club
