ACL are private but the council are in the meetings as well and own 50% of the business under discussion so surely that has to give the public the rights to see the minutes?

Does anybody definitively know. As the council are aPublic Sector entity could the CET request access to the minutes from these meetings with SISU under the Freedom of Information Act. Would be interesting to see the truth and not PR released statements
