He's agreeing with Fisher essentially there. That to break even they need to sell players.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

This is a shambles, needs a strong moderator in. You've just got people venting and as soon as Fisher tries to respond they shout over him.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

Chap that keeps banging on about the club being forced into administration now denying it when Fisher calls him out on it.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

I thought the questions were going to the trust in advance so we'd get decent questions asked? This is the same old rubbish. 'I'd buy the club for £1', 'why aren't season tickets cheaper'. Now banging on about ticketmaster booking fees. Glad to see we're concentrating on the major issues.

    Mondays meeting with Fisher

Hate softball questions like this about the player budget. Does anyone really believe we have the lowest budget in the league? Seriously, don't give him questions he can just bat away. Same with saying the transfer money should go to the manager, essentially saying we should run at a loss.

    Mediation talks underway

Councillors should be held to a high standard. Certainly a higher standard than a hedge fund. They are there to serve the public and should be answerable to them.

Is it Chelsea where the trust owns the pitch so the ground can never be sold without their approval. Council could have done something like that.

    Mediation talks underway

There's as many things you can level at the council. Such as them stitching up the club by buying the land off the clubs agents and flipping it to Tesco, in a deal negotiated by the club, in 24 hours; going back on their promise that the club would have 50% of the freehold; refusing to engage...

    Another Gilbert tease.

Problem is if they hit any problems and have trouble refinancing they're screwed. Its easy to assume things will always be as they are now, we did that and look at the mess it got us in. What happens if the economy goes tits up, TV rights are less than expected, they can't get a sponsor etc...

    Another Gilbert tease.

If these valuations are so water tight how come Wasps got into so much trouble before borrowing against a stadium valuation that proved to be massively inflated?

    Academy ground share

Nope, Woodlands was closing and Maton suggested CCFC buy it and maintain it as a public facility / academy but it then turned out it doesn't fit in with the city plan. This is Finham Park.

Fan ownership, why won't it work?

Pompey fans not seeming so keen on fan ownership at the moment!

    Another Gilbert tease.

Do you believe a company whose major asset is worth £43.5m being sold for less than £7m represents good value for the taxpayer. How about a 200 year extension for £1m? Its not like Wasps have form for getting themselves in trouble by overvaluing an asset and then borrowing money against it. Oh...
