    Old Leamintonians/Wasps

Blows my mind that other sports look at the financial mess in football and decide that is the route to go down. Premiership rugby can't even say its a historical issue, its a new league and clubs only turned pro a few years back. Every opportunity to set it up sustainably for a secure long term...

    Old Leamintonians/Wasps

This is one of the most mental plans I've ever heard of in any sport. Selling your league to a third party is just asking for trouble. Look how many clubs have huge problems because of the owners they end up with, now imagine if it was the whole league. You can't put the genie back in the...

    Old Leamintonians/Wasps

Its definitely been reported before elsewhere. Something along the lines of the players weren't happy that the facilities they were promised haven't materialised so have clauses in their contracts allowing them to leave if Wasps don't come good on their promises.

That's how the Pompey trust took over. There was another bid that would have got those owed money more back but the FL said they'd only consider issuing the golden share to the trust.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Luton Town Match Thread - Saturday 15th Dec

2-1 to us. This is exactly the sort of game where we'll turn round and win when everyone is expecting a thrashing.

So much for a state of the art new facility that would benefit the people of Coventry. Quickly went from that to being them using an existing facility to not even being in the city.

    Old Leamintonians/Wasps

Thought they'd got a problem as Old Leamingtonians don't own all of it? Something to do with someone else owning the buildings and therefore Wasps can't use it as the security they need as they want to borrow more money to fund the training centre.

Ultimately our primary concern is having somewhere to play next season. Unless anyone is going to reveal the proverbial smoking gun that will make SISU drop the legals does it really matter who signed what bit of paper? At best someone might be able to build a legal case against Fisher for not...

    Abuse of players by fans

There was a chap talking about this on 5Live or Talksport yesterday. No idea who it was just caught a bit of it in the car. He reckons the problem is the people around the players. He said as a general rule of thumb black players have an entourage around them who are in it for what they can...

    Our Finishing

Its not so much the fact we aren't scoring that annoys me, its how we struggle to get a shot even close to being on target. What are they doing in training?

    Copa Libertadores

Surprised at how many have managed to make the trip at short notice. If our play off final had been moved to Argentina at a couple of weeks notice there's no way I'd have been able to afford it!

    Wasps downward spiral...

When do they have to refinance the bond? Lot of unknowns with Brexit but its not impossible that it could become harder and more expensive to raise the finance.

Most likely outcome for the club next season.

So exactly the same as last year when they then changed their minds and agreed a new deal for this season.

    Open Letter to Supporters

SISU will sell what we consider the football club only if that gets them a better return than breaking it up and selling individual components. Does anyone believe they would think twice about liquidating the club to maximise their return?

    Luke thomas - massive concern

There's enough to worry about without worrying if a player will be recalled or not in January. Can't see him going back personally, he's done well but he's still a way from being a starter in a higher division. He's said he's happy here and wants to stay and is playing every game so surely...

You need a season ticket to guarantee you get in when its sold out every week.

What do people want the FA / EFL to do?

Higgs paid CCFC £6m for the share, very roughly equally split between cancellation of existing loans owed to Higgs, repayment of loans to CCFC directors and cash. The option to buy back was £10m.

Who is going to give us a break or least some answers

SISU don't pay any attention to the football club they own doubt they're getting rumours put in the papers that Wasps players want to leave!

You can certainly see why they don’t need our rent with these capacity crowds every game.
