    Liquidation

2012/13 average attendance was 10,906 2013/14 average attendance was 2,287. That means 80% of the fanbase were no longer attending. Using your logic as the majority of the fans no longer attended Coventry City no longer existed.

    Liquidation

Are you being deliberately thick? This has been explained over and over again and is very simple. The assets that are Coventry City were transferred from one company to another company. The old company was then wound up. Literally nothing else changed. Your season ticket was still valid, we had...

    Liquidation

If you establish if it is the same club based on the fans continuing to attend then presumably Coventry City ceased to exist when the club moved to Northampton and the fans stopped attending? Or how about this. There is a split in the fanbase and two clubs are setup, Coventry AFC and AFC...

    Liquidation

It's you that is failing to grasp a very simple point. If we are liquidated that is it, the club that was managed by Jimmy Hill, that won the FA Cup no longer exists. Using your logic if the Sky Blue Trust said Coventry United is to be the continuation as they were formed as a protest club and...

    Liquidation

How is it insulting? If you look at the websites of the clubs it has happened to they very clearly state it is not the same club.

    January Window

Potentially by law we could probably pull out but as the transfer system at present relies on this other deal it would create issues signing players in the future.

    Liquidation

Liquidation would mean the club no longer exists, no need to worry about automatic relegation.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Not mine, came from the group who have been digging since the company was formed as they had suspicions from the off. They're the ones who passed it to the press.

    Liquidation

Maybe they could, although we all know the only reason they did it last time was to cover their own mistake in allowing the player registrations to be split from the club, however I would not want to risk the future of the club on the hope they'll do it again. This highlights the issue...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Thought the question mark at the end would have given a clue it was a question and not a statement of fact. Why do you think the government has given £14m to a company with no ships that have never run a single ferry?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I didn't state it as fact, I posed a question. Maybe you can give us an alternative theory on why the government has given £14m to a company with no assets, no ships and no experience of running ferries. Sure this is all just a coincidence but it seems the Seabourne Freight address, 59 Mansell...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Which government minister is going to eventually be found to have links to Seaborne Freight? Seaborne is a newly formed ferry company with no assets who has never run a single ferry service which has been awarded a £14m freight service contract by the government to run between Ramsgate and...

    Wasps downward spiral...

Highly unlikely to happen to say the least but it would be hilarious if Wasps got relegated and then they stopped promotion and relegation and split up the new money among all the clubs still in the top tier.

    Liquidation

No they didn’t. The assets that constitute the football club, including FL membership, were transferred to a new company prior to the old company being liquidated. Coventry City now is exactly the same club. There was no break, the players and manager didn’t all walk away, we didn’t lose league...

    Liquidation

Halifax Town ceased to exist in 2008 and lost Football Conference membership. FC Halifax Town was then formed, a new club, and placed in the Northern Premer League Division 1 North. They have yet to regain FL status. Chester ceased to exist in 2010 and lost Football Conference membership...

    Liquidation

This is where ACL, CCC and the Trust misjudged things. Was clear with who was sniffing around at the time they were trying to force regime change but when it turned out SISU had moved the assets around without the FL noticing it was game over for that plan.

    Liquidation

The problem in the scenario we have is it would be SISU making the decision and unless someone is going to offer them millions for the assets that constitute the club, unlikely now let alone if we've lost our league status, they will liquidate. Can't see any reason why they wouldn't.

...increase in migrants across the Channel.

I'm with the wrong GP, mines never offered me a brand new car or TV. Anyone can access primary care, you're correct on that, however how much use that would be for illegal immigrants is highly debatable as they would have no access to secondary care, the actual treatment. Europeans are covered...
