    I'm a Country bumpkin at heart, not to the extent of wearing a deerstalker or Barbour coat. Married life living in Earlsdon was OK with Hearsall Common as an extension of the back garden but Caludon rd Stoke is stressful existence

    Have suggested to my daughter that emigration to NZ would be a good move But would selfishly miss them all like crazy. Myself, anywhere that would get me mortgage free!!, which would very much limit the choice.
