I think "the rest of the city" should start showing an interest in their "community asset" then, don't you? Yep.

Team and fans not politics and hedge fund profits

Heard you on the radio this morning. Agree Michael. I think ACL/CCC/SISU forget that without us lot they wouldn't have a business to milk.

    Hull Next?

Soyou could – in theory – hold this proposed Cup tie (supposing Northampton gotthrough to the third round and then drew Manchester United) at the Ricoh aslong as your proposed equestrian or other proposed events weren’t taking placeat the same time? I used “proposed” alot there, didn’t I?

A horse-shoe in? An ItaliaHorse of the Year Show? Maybe we should have a Gallop poll?

And there aren't any offensive - and anonymous - nutters on here?

    Wilson signed !!!

    Yes, great news indeed.

    Hull Next?

But all those "opportunities" are conjecture, pie-in-the-sky scenarios. There's no guarantee of internationals, rugby matches and the example of Northampton playing a big game here is laughable.

But that's exactly what you are doing. You don't believe he is right so you have no time for him or his comments.

Well, what's the Ricoh then? Next to a big Tescos. All new stadiums are the same like new build housing estates.

Compared to what? Their current 100% downturn with a very real prospect of losing that tenant altogether.

I think you'll also find that various Tim Fishers and Joy Seppalas signed the "keep cov in cov" poll too. Along with quite a few fans of other teams who were showing "solidarity". Makes the final 15K figure even more disappointing.

We all would, but no it probably won't happen, so we have to get the best deal for CCFC and for CCC.

Maybe your bakery is a "community asset", Nick. Makes all the difference. If that was the case then the baker considering moving out should feel privileged to be paying an extortionate rent.

Les Reid ...... High Horses ..... and Twitter!

Agree. But you could turn that on it's head and say if people felt that strongly about it then they would make the effort to vote. It's like the CT "keep cov in cov" poll. 15K signed it. Great, we all thought. That's still half the amount of people who turned up to the Crewe game. Apathy...
