    Interesting read

The stats man nothing personally to me. They would only interest me if each manager was presented with the same set of circumstances. For example personally I think Chris Coleman's is the worst record as he was supported in the main during that period.

    Knee Jerkers

I think they just need a motivator. Some one who will pump them up before the game at at half time. Big question is, who is the best motivator available for free

    Knee Jerkers

We didn't need a new manager We don't need a new Formation We don't need a new 11 We need consistency and time! We need the same 11 playing week in week out, unless the odd man needs changing due to a bad performance and the back up man is chomping at the bit....... The new players needed to...

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

agree, there does seem to be something special about Shaw

    Transfer Deadline Day

yes Fisher confirmed loan market only, he said it is likely to be the same prem striker previously identified

    Dennis Wise

Personally I have never said no one would want the job. However I did say you know the way SISU work they will go for the cheapest option, expecting at the time that to mean Carsley. However since then they have signed 9 new players so who knows. Iam a little concerned at how a strong...

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

“What goes on at board room level can’t affect you as players,” he said reflecting on a difficult few days. “We know the personnel has changed at the top – the manager has gone – and we are all disappointed with that but I think now we have to move forward and we began that with a good response...

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

I dont have to imply anything. He said word for word. "The players are dissapointed Thorn was sacked" If I am going to imply anything. I would imply He would like to say it is a stupid decision, most the players think it is a stupid decision. It is their club we can't do anything about the...

Waggott: Is development director, Shaw and Carsley going nowhere

I am concerned that Waggot has too much say. If we get a strong willed manager such as Wise there could be a personality clash. Slimey like Waggot so he will back him and we could be in for a lot of turbulance. So if you thought we had a yes man in Thorn I can't see how that is going to change.

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

That the players have to move on. The board make their decision, whether you agree with them or not it is their club to run. You cant get caught up in it too much. That for the sake of continuity Shaw and Carsley are good for the club

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

He did not have to say anything about Thorn. He was not asked about it and said that the players are disappointed and now have to move on. If he didnt rate or like Thorn he does not have to pass comment.

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

Yes AT is one hell of a talent spotter. Our club needs to buy freebies to sell on. Shame we have lost one if the best in the business at that. The club will be able to sell Fleck, Barton, Elliott and Cody for tidy sums in the future I think. A new manager may subject us to Kevin Kyle's and...

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

What I am also worried about Fisher is...... We now have to pay AT the rest of this year's salary on top of the new man's salary. How much are we paying for legal fees on the rent battle. The council offered 650k he wants 150k but also accepts he can't bankrupt ACL. High courts don't come...

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

Fisher does worry me a bit. Thorn has gone now and today Kilbane has said the players are dissapointed. I am worried if we do get a new manager he won't be strong. After reading about waggot today. It seems he is fishers right hand man. Fisher has said whoever comes in will still have to...

Fisher: Why Andy had to go

I listened to his interview in the build up to the brum match. He said the three draws were unnacceptable. Everyone agreed to a strong start including Andy. They had a board meeting on the Sunday after that second half against Bury which was totally unacceptable and the decision was made.
