Wasn't a stamina issue for us; he got injured. Though I don't think this changes what you're saying. Fitness issues are recent, though, and perhaps because he's allowed to get away with it more at Sheffield United.

This is my concern. We need athleticism to help cover the gaps in midfield. Hamer's brilliant, but can he do that at the moment? Probably not. ETA: not that I think we will sign him anyway.
