Legals Update This Week / SISU Lose chance to appeal

So what do they mean by adding of public importance? To me that reads like there is an argument but it’s been decided it shouldn’t be heard. If this is all we’re getting, with no further detail, doesn’t that immediately open the door for the next appeal.

Legals Update This Week / SISU Lose chance to appeal

Assume the full verdict hasn’t been released but how is it not if public importance that the council might have done the taxpayer out of tens of millions? And if it’s not why was the case heard in the first place? That doesn’t read as if they’re saying it’s right or wrong legally. Hopefully...

Legals Update This Week / SISU Lose chance to appeal

Do people really think SISU are just going to drop it now? If they can’t appeal this to a higher level they’ll just start up the civil case this has all been leading to.

Legals Update This Week / SISU Lose chance to appeal

I know you’re joking but is it even allowed in contract law to insert a clause that your tenant, or any associated company, can not take any legal action against you at any point in the future?

Be interesting to see how Sharp responds. Would expect him to move quickly to repeat his ‘can’t work with SISU’ line if there’s nothing to it.

And of course if the work needed to bring the ground up to FL standard was paid for by CCFC as long as it was done in a way that matched CRFCs plans that would be less money they’d have to spend themselves.

Groundshare at the Butts. Wasps go bust. CCFC and CRFC both get promoted. Both move to the Ricoh. Sounds like a plan to me!

It got cancelled in the US after season 2 but Netflix picked it up for season 3 as it does so well for them overseas.

    Butts

The Butts would be brilliant. Obviously it would only happen if it was acceptable to CRFC but if we’re paying a rugby club rent I’d much rather them benefit than Wasps. As for planning permission I have a feeling there’s a loophole where you can put stands up for something like 30 days without...

    Thing being thrown at Sunderland

That statement from Sunderland is terrible. Even if you ignore the trouble they caused down here to completely absolve their fans of blame when there’s footage of their fans kicking off in a pub designated for CCFC fans by police and their fans throwing stuff at our players isn’t on.

Bit random. Why would Feyenoord pay to come over to Sunderland to have a pop at our fans?

    Observer article

He's not wrong. The council have relied for a long time on PR and just saying 'but SISU'. Duggins has put his foot in it by repeatedly getting drawn into comment on specific things which allows SISU to come back at him on specific points, backed up with evidence, that the council have no...

Didn't we have a reduced allocation yet still had tickets for sale on the gate. Hardly a cup final is it.
