The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Its rapidly gone from we've done the reports but nobody is allowed to see them, to we've done them but a lot of vital information is missing (when parliament said they had to be released), to we've not done them at all. How can they get away with that?

You're the one citing far right extreme sources so how can you then turn round and say its the fault of others that there's not a mature discussion? Nobody is ignoring immigrant crime or saying it doesn't exist. I hope you aren't referring to me there. I was concerned when it was said you were...

Some of the stuff Davis was coming out with at that committee meeting was very worrying.

    Ding ding - round 2

I would guess that a report will be made back to the court so if you have two sides seemingly being co-operative and open to a deal and the other not the judge won't be too impressed.

Not sure they'll play that much of a weakened team either. They might have some fringe players they want to give game time to but I wouldn't expect Man Utd style wholesale changes. Not like they're playing Champions League games every week. Why would they throw away a cup run. Its pretty much...

    Keep the Green Belt petition

The problem is those are the figures supplied by the ONS so they can't be ignored. If they did ignore them the local plan wouldn't get approval from central government. No local plan would mean developers could apply to build anywhere, including green belt, and approval would be likely...

    Ding ding - round 2

SISU got the go ahead for a full hearing of JR2 but the judge ordered Wasps / ACL, CCC and SISU / CCFC to have independent arbitration before the hearing to try and solve things. Not heard anything about that since.

Googled the area in Sweden the video refers to and an interesting article came up: https://www.economist.com/news/europe/21722167-worlds-greatest-welcomers-refugees-must-work-out-how-assimilate-them-sweden-trying This line did make me chuckle: the troubles of areas like Tensta have been...

    Keep the Green Belt petition

Couple of things spring to mind. If they've been instructed to use the figures supplied by the ONS then surely they can't just ignore them because they think they are wrong. With the current governments planning policy if they exclude green belt from the local doesn't that just make it a free...

Wouldn't you also have to factor in the additional cost to the UK to replace services provided by the EU currently?

Woakes is capable of getting a few but its mainly down to Root. If he can stay there and get some support from Bairstow and Ali then a win that seemed impossible at start of play today could be on. Still think its a very slim chance though.

NI voted 55.8% remain, Scotland voted 62% remain. How can you give Ireland a different deal but not Scotland?

Since moving to Cov from Portsmouth 18 months the lack of visible policing has been really noticeable. It was rare for a day to go by without seeing the police in Portsmouth, there were foot patrol and police cyclists. I don't think I've seen a single officer on the beat here.

The more I think about the border issue the harder I find it to see a solution. What are the options? ROI leaves the EU and joins the UK - no chance NI leaves the UK and remains in the EU - I'm far from an expert on Irish politics but surely no chance, especially in the short term Hard border...

Technically no but in practice yes it would. The Tories would have a minority government so would struggle to pass anything in parliament. They would really have no other choice than to call an election unless they can find someone else to go in with them.

On their forum they're working out how many tickets we have to give them because they expect them to be in demand. We're moaning about a shit draw and half empty ground. You'd think we were there PL team and they were the ones getting excited about playing a team with some big names. Not...
