Lived in London before and wouldn't do it again. Yes there's a lot going on but its so expensive unless you're loaded you can't afford anywhere decent to live or many nights out.

Seems the rule has been changed last season and its now just the home side that sets the price.

That's such a load of rubbish even Wasps don't pretend that any more. They've open said property is the priority and the rugby club is an afterthought. There is, or at least there was, minutes from a council meeting on the CCC website where they say if ACL was sold under no circumstances should...

We only rent for a few hours on matchday so its definitely not our fault for a change.

If anyone was to do that they'd have to be aware they were writing the money off and be prepared to do that straight away so the club doesn't have the debt on its books. Basically you'll be looking at a fan winning something like EuroMillions and being prepared to chuck £20m away to get the club...

The pitch is in a terrible state, not sure if its down to lack of maintenance or its just sub-standard to start with but its not going to make things easier that's for sure.
