What was that announcement for people in block 17 (I think) to sit in their seats all about. Couldn't really make out what was being said.

Worked fine for me. Logged in and it said you have a reserved ticket. Clicked on that and paid, job done. Although it seems to have sent me an e-ticket rather than load it on my card but that's not really a problem.
