    Killed by my debt

Its made worse currently as there are so many jobs where you aren't even paid by the hour, you're paid per delivery or similar. The amount of deliveries you have to do an hour to get anywhere near a working wage is pretty much impossible to do.

    Checkatrade Trophy Group

Think you're on about the later rounds. Although in the first year with academies they did play one game at home each in the group stage. Only two of them managed crowds of over 1K and some were under 500.

    Checkatrade Trophy Group

The U21 sides play all their games away. Presumably to avoid ridiculously low attendances.

    Blocks 14 to 16

The issue raised is overcrowding. That occurred at the last 2-3 games which was under Wasps crowd management. Personally I do see it as just a few people standing on the steps and few more people in a couple of rows as that's what it was. At no point did I, or as far as I'm aware any other...

    Blocks 14 to 16

Is this a serious comment? Did you see what the overcrowding being referred to was? A few people standing on the steps and a few more people than there should have been in a couple of rows. Pretty sure nobody was in fear of their life.

No Wasps are responsible for the fans. They insisted on taking that responsibility off CCFC and since then there's been nothing but problems. Its almost as if getting rid of someone hugely experienced with football crowds and replacing him with someone who doesn't have a clue has somehow...

    Ponti

So what's the alternative? He's spends a couple more seasons making a handful of starts and then he's in the same position as someone like Ryan Haynes. Not saying he should be playing every games and scoring 20+ goals but here has to be progression and his next step is to get more starts and...

    Bristol Rovers at Home

Newport Country rent from the rugby lot. They had a fixture clash and the rugby team moved their game to a different ground to allow County to play. Stockport County were tenants of Sale Sharks but I can't see any evidence of fixture clashes being an issue. Of course as tenants Stockport ended...

    Ponti

Ponti is getting to the point where he needs to step up and prove himself. The flip side of that is we can't let the transfer window close and then find out he's not the answer.

    Blocks 14 to 16

To be fair there were plenty of posts last season about fans being sat in the wrong seats etc.

    Blocks 14 to 16

See above, and that's just off the top of my head. I would suggest that Wasps forcing out someone with decades of experience handling football fans to replace them with someone who can't manage run of the mill events let alone football (I know at the Catfish gig their tour manager had to come...

    Blocks 14 to 16

There's a huge leap being made from the police raised an issue at the SAG meeting, which is what they are for, to the police demanding blocks be closed off. The later was done by Wasps as it is Wasps the club are going back to asking them to reconsider. If the police had said close them end of...

    Bristol Rovers at Home

That's the whole point! It was higher but it was still rent and there was still matchday costs on top. The rent going down is no reason for the matchday costs to go up. We rent the ground then, we rent the ground now. Nothing about that has changed. Its the same ground with the same stands and...

    Blocks 14 to 16

There's a huge jump from the police raising an issue to multiple blocks of the ground being taken off sale. No proof? Get your head out of the sand and look what is happening right in front of you.

Which is fine. They can play Saturdays, but they should certainly be questioned about broken promises to both ourselves and CRFC. But that doesn't mean they have to play the Saturdays we have games. Clubs up and down the country avoid clashes. There are more than enough Saturdays in the season...

    Blocks 14 to 16

The reality is there isn't an issue. Not a safety one. There may be fans that are annoyed that someone is in their seat and wants them moved, there may be more people in a few rows than there should be. That's not something for Wasps to get involved in. There's no way you are going to convince...

    Bristol Rovers at Home

Maybe Higgs was a bad example as I meant more if me or you hired a pitch for a couple of hours. Not the academy being there 6 days a week. Yes every club has matchday costs but its not a set definition with every club paying the same thing. That's exactly the problem. People throw around the...

But nobody is saying Wasps shouldn't put their interests ahead of ours. Quite simply this is a situation that need never arise. Premiership Rugby no longer requires its clubs to have primacy of tenure, and even when they did Wasps were one of the clubs who were exempt from that requirement. It...
