Good that an offer is made but not sure SISU will take it. If the figure was 12K or even 10K then it would be more attractive. We will have to see. What's your view? Do you think the 5K threshold is the deal breaker?

It's not being negative. He's just pointing out the terms. As the crowd will ALWAYS be over 5000 then the rent will never be free for the Club. A bit like the Hoffman "free" offer. Great idea, but sadly I don't think CCFC will go for it.

I don't think that's correct. From what I recall (and I could obviously be wrong), the rent would revert to the original agreement after three years and would then have to be renegotiated from scratch. If no agreement could be reached then it would still be £1.3M pa.
