Most likely outcome for the club next season.

Doesn't matter who is in control and / or what their reasons are for their course of action. The simple fact is we have a very real danger of no longer having a club, the same way we had a very real danger of ending up in Northampton. Little was done about that as everyone assumed it wouldn't...

Most likely outcome for the club next season.

Going after SISU is a complete waste of time and effort, totally agree. Its been done and has had zero impact. However Wasps have shown themselves to be very sensitive to negative press. What we really need is the Trust to get on the case. They are the biggest fans group and have the media...

KMPG were called in and ran an administration process. The only thing that was missing was not being formally put in to administration as a large amount of the money was owed to those running the club and it was felt the club was more saleable without a points deduction. There was 7 groups...

To sum up most people seem happy for the club to no longer exist because SISU.

    Appeal Dismissed

Not to mention we don't actually know what Fisher said, its second hand information. There's a big difference between Fisher saying no to someone asking him about potential investment as its not his decision and saying no SISU won't speak to any investors. But as you say the chances of this...

Most likely outcome for the club next season.

My concern is too many people believe this and therefore aren't bothered about doing anything. This is how we ended up in Northampton. Everyone said it wouldn't happen and a last minute deal would be done, look how that worked out.

What do people want the FA / EFL to do?

What happened to the mediation that the court ordered take place? Don't recall anything ever being said after that. Might be a good thing for the trust to pick up. Suggest mediation and offer that chap from Cov Cathedral (if he's still around) that was involved in the club coming back from...

What do people want the FA / EFL to do?

Fit and proper is a self certification test anyway but even if it was more robustly enforced it would need the clubs owners to do something illegal before the share could be withdrawn and as far as I'm aware as bad as things have been they haven't actually broken any laws. Can you imagine the...

I'm the same. Never went to Sixfields and didn't agree with anyone going but if we were to move next season I'd be there if at all possible.

Even if you take the emotion out of it and ignore it being a football club the fact that the local council will quite happily let a business that generates millions each year for the city just fold while they standby doing nothing in quite incredible.

Don't think so. Wasps would just come out and say we have an offer on the table for CCFC to take or leave. What they're actually saying is they won't even talk to us.

Not sure this is a good sign for Jodi Jones.

If that's your response I find it hard to believe you are actually a Coventry City fan. The point being made was an incredibly simple one yet you have somehow failed to grasp it.

Probably best asking someone at Ticketmaster as they sell the tickets. Don't think that means the club are now Ticketmaster FC.

I can hand on heart say that as much as I despise Wasps being in the city and moving teams around the country if the situation was reversed I would be far from happy for my football club to put another club out of existence and would be happy to join any action taken by their supporters. For no...

Think if it comes to it they will allow it, assuming we can find somewhere. They will be less concerned about preventing the end of the football club and more concerned about not spending years in court fighting SISU.

There is zero chance of Seppalla suddenly giving up the legal action. As far as I can work out that means there's 3 possible outcomes: 1) Wasps agree to talks and a new deal is signed - most likely another 1 or 2 year deal. 2) The authorities relax their 'can't play out of Cov' stance and we...

Who is going to give us a break or least some answers

I don't know why this point is so hard to grasp for a lot of our fans. Every post, especially on social media, is met with a 'but SISU said this' or 'Fisher said that' type response. Who cares? At this point all that matters is CCFC continuing to exist past the end of the season.
