You may get an increase just from the fact the system has become overwhelmed I guess,but to reiterate the data from hospital's hasn't suggested this . But even that needs to be interpreted as treatment has improved between first wave and this.

If you it ends up only 30% effective it's going to fool many people into dropping their guard. It's going to take month's to determine the efficacy and that will have to be outside of lockdown.
