This is the problem when they have the semis at Wembley all the time. The big teams are playing there too often. If they'd had this somewhere in-between the two clubs like Villa Park it would be sold out.

How difficult is it for the council to answer very clear questions? Seemingly impossible as their response doesn't even attempt at answer the questions asked. Are they just copy and pasting the same answer every time?
