I think his people skills have dropped by the last one as he has done his job and no one really believed him and by then the bids were in. He was just going through the motions. He needed to get those bids as high as possible.

What ever Ranson has done wrong I like the concept of Buying your Westwoods Keogh's Dann's Fox's Gunnarson mixing it with your own talent. Selling them if you get a good offer BUT actually replacing them. If he comes back and we see that plan through then we will be ok.
