How many believe we will be at the Ricoh this season?

Unfortunately it is a poll influenced by personal biased to skew the results. I did it myself a couple of times. You don't realise till some asks for 4th option that you didn't consider as you never thought anyone in their right mind would want that :)

    Paul Appleton Linked to SISU?

And will do so in the future, this deal must have been very important to him

    ACL possible next move?

I am not so sure but you maybe right. I have a feeling a lot of people who are themselves as Nuneaton fans attend the Ricoh as well. Also that in the past (maybe not very recent past) would have chose to attend the Ricoh when there has been a clash of fixtures) Nuneaton would have to be...

    ACL possible next move?

The million pound bond is entirely different it is a bond that you lose if you do not build the stadium. They asked someone else for one, maybe Rotherham however with Coventry they may just ACL for a plan!! We are far more trustworthy and don't have any other agendas going on :)

    ACL possible next move?

Unfortunately you need an example of where their club maybe on the verge of going under. Then a multimillionaire says tell you what if you move 5 miles down the road. I will secure your future and get you into the championship. Slightly different circumstances.

    ACL possible next move?

The FL were contemplating not asking for a bond.. However they would be very naive not to

    ACL possible next move?

They can buy the land over the first year and a half and mess around with planning permission. The land is covered by the debenture so as long as they get it for good price it will just make money for them. Without building a stadium.

    ACL possible next move?

It was 1.2 million. Highfield Road was 900k. The club was offered a sliding scale rent in league with league and attendances. Which would have naturally now been lower in league one with 10k crowds. The club rejected it.

    ACL possible next move?

Is my choice Nuneaton Sky Blues at the Ricoh verses the Coventry City (name) at Walsall?

    ACL possible next move?

They don't want to build a stadium they just need to get out of the Ricoh to break ACL and 3-4 years is a nice time frame to do it. If ACL can have them in there and survive without the rent. It does force SISU into a quandary as they want to be out of the Ricoh. If they are forced to be...

    ACL possible next move?

The highest order would be if the majority of Nuneaton fans did not want it, you like I have no idea what they want

Plenty ways to skin a cat Pete.

    ACL possible next move?

If you were ACL would you consider saying to SISU, Ok play at the Ricoh for free for the next 3 years whilst you build your stadium. Could ACL just about break even without SISU's rent? It would force the FL into refusing SISU a ground share as how could they justify the negative impact...

    NOMP & FL Decision

If we are playing in the Ricoh. It will be interesting to see how far SISU go with building the new stadium. It definitely would not suit them to be in the Ricoh whilst they build it. As that would defeat the real plan break ACL.

    NOMP & FL Decision

Also if you are kept in admin I don't think that means a further 15 deduction

    NOMP & FL Decision

Depends if you want them in Coventry or not.

    NOMP & FL Decision

If the ground share means we can no longer operate within our budget due to pre existing contracts, how can the FL legally authorise such an event. Especially if there is a more viable alternative. If the Ricoh costs the same as ground sharing and will mean we can meet the FFP criteria the FL...

    NOMP & FL Decision

Because the FL seem to have said to the SBT. They won't consider that the fans are all against the ground share when they decide whether to allow it or not. They said they will however consider the impact a ground share would have on FFP. Hence if it seems that the proposal itself leads to...
