If a players mindset is anything like mine then I'm not surprised today was a bit of a bad performance. On Football Manager I can never be bothered with those initial league cup rounds at the start of the season. Never put effort or preparation into them, just want to play league games!

Yeah good point. I think I'll concentrate on the training element when my Leamington team are professional. With game's every week theyre only actually available twice a week at best with all the non contracted players and semi pro's. Expected to just avoid relegation but after almost 10 games...

I like Godden but I imagine Walker will be our first choice striker after a few games. His athleticism will be important. I wonder if Godden would have been here in the first place if Tyler didn't decide to go to Lincoln instead last summer?
