    Who wants a public enquiry?

    Er...it doesn't work that way.

    Who wants a public enquiry?

I don't think so. They have made a once-in-a-lifetime decision and the deal should be scrutinized. After all, there maybe questions to answer.

    I'm sure you're right.

    Who wants a public enquiry?

Who knows? To be honest, I'm sure CCC have done everything above board with the deal with Wasps. Not morally though.

    Who wants a public enquiry?

It will clear up questions for a start. If it's shown that the Wasps deal was straight down the middle and warranted then great, we forget it and move on. If it shows otherwise then there's a chance that CCFC could own their own stadium in Coventry. Surely, even our fans' organisation wants that?

    Who wants a public enquiry?

    1. It will show whether the sale was conducted properly. 2. Nothing probably, but that's not the point, is it? I would think a lot of fans would rather we owned the Ricoh rather than Wasps, though I know a few are pretty happy about it. You said yourself, it's your money. So don't you...

Waggott - We Have Emerged Stronger From January Than When We Entered it

To be fair we are holding up quite a few teams. Nineteen, isn't it?

    Who wants a public enquiry?

So what? It's not about whether people are "unhappy" or not with the council. It's about if they conducted the sale to Wasps correctly. It's public money and assets they are playing with so they have to be whiter than white. Not sure why it's such a difficult concept to grasp. SISU have...

I suppose the Observer article cancels out the Telegraphs' wonderful piece of CCC propaganda then?

    Who wants a public enquiry?

AS usual you seem to be a little frightened of the prospect. SISU are a hedge fund who obviously don't care what they do. The Council are a public body who have to do everything above board and by the book. If they have done that then great, we can drop the subject and move on. There should...

    Tv Deal

I rang them up on Monday threatening to cancel and go to Sky. They've knocked £35 off a month, got a third box for the kitchen and still on their 152mb fibre. Happy with that. I will do the same in 12 months time. As for footy on the tele I rarely watch Premiership games. I like the...

    Thoughts on Scunthorpe Game

To be honest I didn't think it was that bad, certainly not the worst ever performance as some of the hysterical have been making out. We had a lot of chances; more than enough to win the game and most of them fell to Samuel. Their goalie also made some good saves. I thought Tudgay played well...

Why Did The Council Sell To Wasps?

OK, we know they "lean" towards one side, but christ the article is so one-sided. Usually Simon comes on here to defend articles, etc but not this time...
