    The Givers and the Takers

Yeah, I've seen countless rubbish players over the years and he's up there with them. He was fucking rubbish.

    'Anti-SISU brigade'

Unfortunately, it's a double edged sword all this, as you keep reminding people of your previous unwavering support.

SCG Minutes from 5th March meeting

Our Les has done a story about it. Someone might like to post the link. I would do it, but it upsets some people.

SCG Minutes from 5th March meeting

You wouldn't get the Council doing such a shameful thing, would you?

Wonder What The Legends Thought ?

Yes, discussing that with the bloke next to me on Saturday - Curtis and yes those players from the 70's/80's you mentioned plus Yorath, Dugdale, Beck, etc etc

Wonder What The Legends Thought ?

To be honest I would have been happy to have been good enough as a reserve for the reserves!

Wonder What The Legends Thought ?

I would imagine some of them thought "I wonder what it's like playing for the first team". Legends? Not all.

    Too many games...

Sentiment doesn't win us football matches. Coaching probably does. If I was Mowbray in the summer I would say thanks for all you've done for the club, but it's time we tried a different approach.

    Too many games...

Really? I love Oggy as much as the next man but it's about success on the pitch not what he did in the past. He coaches the keepers. Lee Burge. I rest my case.

    Barton

You could be right, Stu. Maybe I concentrate to much on what he does when he has the ball which generally means he passes it straight to the opposition.

Let's play Catchphrase. Yellow Man Bouncing on Ears? Ooh, that's good but it's not quite right. Say what you see.

    Barton

I don't mind Barton. OK, so he's a bit of a leg dangler, but he still passes the ball brilliantly on occasions. I'd certainly rather have him in the line-up than Thomas or Finch who offer zero to the team.

    Too many games...

Agree. time for a clear-out. Not just McFarlane (who, fair enough, will follow Pressley anyway) but Oggy and the rest of them too.

When things look good on the pitch....

It was probably a CCFC lorry. They'll be a dig in there somewhere.

    Defensive errors

Terrible. Goal one: Samuel and Pennington Goal two: Stokes and Burge Goal three: Martin

    8,700....really ?

I absolutely agree. I can't see us recovering even when SISU leave. The selling of the Ricoh for 250 years was really the last thing we - or any future investor - will ever recover from.

    8,700....really ?

I guess they were interested then because there was something to buy. There's nothing now for any potential new owner.

    8,700....really ?

Can't remember myself to be honest. They did come over from the States to discuss a takeover. Not sure why it failed. Don't suppose it matters now.
