3 new sites identified by SISU/Council

If they had a list of 18 sites which they've shortened to 6 got to assume it includes sites outside the city boundary. I'm struggling to come up with 6 inside it let alone 18! I would guess at Woodlands, somewhere around Warwick Uni, phase 2 of the Airport development, by the MTC, the site the...

Have you done the test yet? I've had health issues for a few years now and nobody has ever mentioned sleep. Went to the doctors with something unrelated to my other health issues, the fact that I fell asleep at the traffic lights and was worried about driving, and got sent to the sleep clinic...

If we win the replay, who do we want ?

Could be. Reckon Boston v Rochdale will be on. Maybe Crewe v Eastleigh or Hartlepool v Exeter if they want a non-league team. How many replays are televised, just 2?

From the latest supporters group meeting minutes. If it was anyone but SISU you'd probably say it sounds quite positive but past experience tells us not to believe anything until they start building!

If we win the replay, who do we want ?

The lowest team still in so we have a chance of winning and some TV money. If not then Spurs away as it will be a new stadium to tick off the list for pretty much everyone. If we're going local I'd rather Leicester than Villa. Don't really want to get done 4 or 5 nil or worse by Villa.

Can't stand Chakrabarti but have to admit she came across well this morning. Although anyone is going to look good against Johnson's car crash.

Just to make sure I've got this right are we saying: 16 year olds getting the vote - unacceptable 10 year olds being executed by the state - acceptable

That was particularly disappointing from Marr. Johnson and Patel had already tried that line of attack yesterday and been rubbished, Marr should have been aware of that and been able to call him out on it straight away.

We had that, it was called Imprisonment for Public Protection and was introduced in as part of the 2003 Criminal Justice Act. They were abolished in 2012.

I see Patel has tried to politicise the London Bridge attack and blame it on Labour but has managed to get her facts wrong.

Being realistic if capital punishment is going to be reintroduced it is going to take years of debate, legal challenges etc. The more pressing issue is why are people convicted of these crimes being allowed to wander the streets. If, as has been claimed, it is purely due to budget cuts that is...

    General Election 2019 thread

Not at all. I'm saying the suggestion that anyone who is struggling only has themselves to blame is wide of the mark yet seems to be suggested regularly on here. Unless you have a time machine handy we can't change what Blair and Brown did, and I certainly didn't vote for them so I'm not taking...

Just had a look, thankfully can only find one tweet from a nutter claiming it is a false flag and hundreds of tweets from people moaning that there could be tweets claiming it is a false flag.

This is interesting. Get below a 7% lead and its hung parliament territory, which seems a bit counter intuitive but there you go. The rate the lead is diminishing its not out of the question that we end up back where we started. In fact if you look at the underlying data we're currently...

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Ipswich Town Match Thread - Sunday 1st Dec

Don't think there's much hope of picking up a stream of an international broadcast. Anywhere overseas is far more likely to be showing one of the 2pm Prem games.

Is it usual for the area to be closed off this long? Don't mean the immediate area where it occurred as they'll have forensics in there but people who live in the surrounding area are being told to go somewhere else for the night.
